Please note that the accommodation does not have parking or a swimming pool.

Noise disturbances are not accepted after 10 p.m.

The neighborhood

Located in the heart of La Grande-Motte, the apartment is ideally situated with all amenities at the foot of the residence: bakeries, mini-markets, a pharmacy, and a doctor's office. The famous Point Zéro beach is only 250 meters away, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean Sea.

A few minutes' walk away, you can also reach the port, restaurants, shops, and the many activities offered by the seaside resort. The market is held at the foot of the residence on Sundays and Thursdays (from June onwards), offering a typical and friendly atmosphere.
