Featuring a balcony with a view of the sea, this apartment consists of:

• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi, books,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers,
• elevator for easy access to the apartment.

The apartment is located just 100 meters from the beach and features a balcony to enjoy the outdoors.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
