With a pleasant garden, a private heated pool and two terraces including one covered for your outdoor meals, this house consists of:

• a comfortable living room with dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double bed,
• a room with two single beds,
• two bathrooms, one with WC,
• an independent WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• baby bed, fans,

• radiators, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, hangers.

Outside, you can enjoy a private pool of 4x8 m heated from June to September, garden furniture, two deckchairs and a parasol.

The accommodation also has a private parking with two parking spaces inside the property and offers views of the garden, pool and street.

Noise nuisance is not accepted after 22h.

• Check-in between midnight and 6am: 44e

Located in Seignosse, in a quiet and sought-after residential area, this house enjoys an ideal location close to local shops (bakery, grocery store, newspapers, doctors, pharmacy).

You will be a few minutes from the beaches and famous surfing spots, as well as the lake and the port. The nearby bike paths make it easy to discover the region. You can also enjoy the many golf courses accessible between 5 and 20 minutes.

Nearby, Hossegor and Capbreton offer a lively atmosphere with their bars, restaurants and beach huts. Do not miss the oysters of Lake Hossegor, excursions in the Landes and the Basque Country, as well as destinations like Biarritz and Bayonne about 30 minutes away, or San Sebastian at 1 hour.
