Featuring a balcony to enjoy the outdoors, this apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room with a dining area and a work desk,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• crib,
• TV with satellite/cable, Wi-Fi,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment also features a secure garage, a bike storage room, and benefits from the presence of a caretaker on-site.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
