Enjoy this 27-square-meter apartment, located on the second floor (accessible by elevator), which can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. This accommodation offers a comfortable and functional setting right in the heart of Chamonix.

With a balcony offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc, this apartment consists of:

• a living room with a sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, stovetop),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,
• TV,
• radiators, smoke detector.

The apartment also features private (shared) parking and enjoys an ideal central location.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. When your deposit is processed, Swikly service fees will also be applied.

Among the top spots nearby, don’t miss the Casa Nonna restaurant, located right across the street, as well as the Plan B hotel on the other side of the street, which regularly hosts themed evenings open to everyone.
