- a living room with a sofa bed and dining area,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, stovetop),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- a separate toilet,

- radiators, smoke detector.
The apartment also features private (shared) parking and enjoys an ideal central location.
Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
