Enjoy this charming 20-square-meter apartment, located on the second floor with elevator access, accommodating up to 2 people. Completely renovated in 2024 and nestled in a quiet Haussmann-style building, this accommodation offers an elegant yet functional setting right in the heart of Lyon.

With views of the street and Place des Terreaux, this apartment features:

• a comfortable living room with sleeping area (double bed),
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
• a bathroom with shower and toilet,
• washing machine, high chair,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• radiators, smoke detector.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. When your deposit is processed, Swikly service fees will also be applied.
