Enjoy this functional 28-square-meter apartment, located on the first floor, which can accommodate up to 4 people. This accommodation offers a cozy and well-equipped living space in a pleasant setting.

With a furnished terrace to enjoy the outdoors and a glimpse of the sea, this apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator),
• a bedroom with two single bunk beds,
• a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• smoke detector,
• shared pool and tennis court accessible within the residence.

Please note that the property does not have parking.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly. When your deposit is confirmed, Swikly service fees will also be applied.
