In the shade of pines and holm oaks, nestled in Roussillon on a private ocher hill, 7 minutes' walk from the heart of the village, Provencal stone farmhouse, recently renovated, of around 150sqm built on a park of more than 1 hectare not overlooked, ideal for exploring Provence.

A bright and vaulted living room giving access to the heated swimming pool with a dimension of 10 m by 4.5 m, a fully equipped kitchen, a scullery / laundry room, two large bedrooms upstairs with neat decoration with each its terrace, bathroom or shower room and separate toilet, as well as a separate bedroom on the ground floor with shower room and separate toilet, make this house a haven of peace in a remarkable listed site.

Different terrace corners have been fitted out, one with a breathtaking view of the sunset facing the ochres and the village.

The neighborhood

It is in complete privacy that you can enjoy with family or friends exceptional views of the ocher and the Provencal village, Mont Ventoux and the Vaucluse mountains.
You will also appreciate its atmosphere conducive to relaxation and close to all shops, restaurants and the many leisure activities in the region.

Late arrival package to be paid on site to the person who welcomes you:

Between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. = €50
Between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. = €90

No entry after 1am
