Casinha Azul is a modern and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in Funchal, ideal for up to 4 guests. With contemporary décor and a thoughtfully designed interior, this space was created to offer comfort, privacy and tranquillity throughout your stay, perfect for couples, small families or friends.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by an entrance area with a desk, practical for those travelling for work or needing a functional workspace. The fully equipped kitchen with island and bar stools flows seamlessly into the dining area and open-plan living room, creating a bright and inviting space ideal for relaxing or entertaining.
Both bedrooms feature a double bed, ensuring restful nights. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while a second bathroom with shower serves as additional support. The laundry room, located outside near the bedrooms, provides all the practicality you need.
The outdoor space is one of the property's highlights, a spacious garden and terrace offer plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air, while the balcony with sea views is the perfect spot to unwind and take in unforgettable sunsets.

This property benefits from a privileged location in Funchal, with easy access to restaurants, cafés, local shops and the city's main attractions. The area combines the peace of a residential neighbourhood with proximity to the city centre, marina and coastline, making it the ideal base for exploring everything that the capital of Madeira has to offer.
PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.
Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.
Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.
By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.
OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.

Cancelation policy
Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. If the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in, the cancellation is free up to 48 hours after the reservation, up to a maximum of 5 days before check-in. After that, guests can cancel and receive a refund of the cleaning fee and tourist tax.
