• two bathrooms with a shower and a bathtub, toilet in the bathroom,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,

The property also features private parking and boasts a magnificent 180° ocean view, right on the waterfront.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
