Enjoy this fully renovated 120-square-meter single-family home, which can accommodate up to 6 people. Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, it features a pleasant south-facing garden and two terraces where you can fully enjoy sunny days.

This accommodation consists of:

• a comfortable living room,
• a cozy dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double beds,
• two bedrooms with single beds,
• two bathrooms with shower and bathtub,
• two separate toilets,
• a game room with ping-pong, games for all ages, books, and children’s toys,
• a south-facing terrace and garden with a barbecue,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, hangers,
• TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning,
• radiators, central heating, smoke detector.

The house offers a pleasant view of the garden.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

Located in a chic and quiet residential neighborhood in Bois-Colombes, the house enjoys a prime location just a 3-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of all amenities (bakery, butcher shop, supermarket, cafés).

Among the neighborhood’s top spots, you can enjoy the Italian restaurant Baciami, perfect for families with its large terrace, as well as the pastry shop of Stéphane Glacier, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
