With a large garden and a heated pool, this villa features:

• a spacious and cozy living room,
• a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double beds,
• three bedrooms with single beds,
• one bedroom with a sofa bed,
• three bathrooms with showers, two of which include a toilet,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer,
• desk,
• TV, Wi-Fi, fans,
• games for all ages, children’s games, toys, books, and children’s books,
• barbecue, ping-pong table,
• smoke detector, hangers.

The property features a pleasant garden and a heated pool, with a view of the garden and the street. Parking is available in front of the house.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.

The neighborhood

Écully is a sought-after town on the outskirts of Lyon, offering a peaceful and green living environment. The neighborhood enjoys an ideal location, right next to all the shops (bakery, butcher, farm products, pharmacy, supermarkets, tobacco shop, deli).

You’ll also be just a 10-minute drive from downtown Lyon, with direct bus routes making it easy to get around.

For leisure activities, there are plenty of nearby walking trails: Parc du Vivier, Bois de Serres, Vallon de Chantemerle, Parc de Lacroix-Laval, and the Monts du Lyonnais.

When it comes to dining, don’t miss renowned restaurants such as Le Village, Le Sans Filtre, Maison d’Anthouard, or Saisons (Paul Bocuse).
