Featuring a pleasant balcony, this apartment comprises:

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ The landlord may request a security deposit upon arrival.
→ A management fee of €988 will be charged for medium-term rentals. This fee covers the pre- and post-stay property inspections as well as cleaning costs.
