• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bedrooms with double beds, including a master suite with a private bathroom (shower and toilet),
• a second bathroom with a shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• high chair,
• TV, satellite/cable, stereo system, Wi-Fi, books,
• crib,
• locked garage and ski locker,
• radiators, central heating, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, hangers,

You will particularly appreciate the large sunny balcony, the mountain view, and the comfort of its two bathrooms and two toilets, ideal for group or family stays.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

The neighborhood

Located in a quiet neighborhood of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, this apartment enjoys an ideal location near amenities and the village center, which is about a 10-minute walk away.

The ski area is easily accessible: the gondola is about a 10-minute walk away or a short ride on a free shuttle, with a stop just 150 meters away.

In the immediate vicinity (about 300 m), you’ll find an ice rink, a swimming pool, and tennis courts. The village center offers a lively atmosphere with numerous bars, restaurants (including some Michelin-starred), a movie theater, a casino, and the famous thermal baths and spa of Saint-Gervais.

It is also an excellent starting point for exploring the Mont Blanc massif.
