The space

Ideally located in the heart of Île d'Oléron, this property is perfect for a vacation with family or friends. This 80-square-meter four-bedroom home features a spacious 500-square-meter outdoor area with a terrace and garden, and consists of:
- a bright living room with a sofa and an open kitchen,
- three bedrooms with two 160x200 cm double beds and two single bunk beds,
- a modern, well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a shower room,
- a terrace and a 500 m² garden with a bioclimatic pergola,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- barbecue,
- games for all ages, children’s games, books, and children’s books,
- garage,
- radiators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, hangers.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

The Cossarde neighborhood in Dolus-d'Oléron is ideally located in the center of the island, allowing you to fully enjoy everything Oléron has to offer. The house overlooks a courtyard and a charming little square, in a quiet and pleasant setting.
You can walk to the center of Dolus-d'Oléron with all its local shops. The bike paths accessible from the property even allow you to reach several beaches without taking the car—ideal for enjoying the island in complete freedom.
