The space

Nestled in the heart of Deauville, this renovated 20-square-meter studio is perfect for a couple. It features a 3-square-meter balcony with an unobstructed view of a quiet street and the beach in the background, and consists of:
- a bright living area with a double sofa bed (140 cm),
- a fully equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer),
- a shower room with toilet,
- a pleasant balcony with unobstructed views,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, iron, hair dryer,
- TV and Wi-Fi,
- radiators, smoke detector, hangers,
- elevator,
- parking available.

When the on-site reception cannot be ensured, we will send you all the useful information for an autonomous, simple and secure access to the keys.

→ The keys must be picked up at a Keynest pick-up point located in Deauville. Please note that the keys can be picked up until 10:00 pm maximum.
→ A hotel-quality cleaning service is provided before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene, such as sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo.

The neighborhood

Located right in the heart of downtown Deauville, the neighborhood is lively and sought-after. The street is quiet yet just a stone’s throw from everything: shops, restaurants, cafés, and cultural venues. Les Franciscaines, a must-visit cultural and exhibition hub, is just a few minutes’ walk away, as are the Trouville-Deauville train station and a Carrefour for your daily shopping.
