The space

Ideally located in the heart of Aix-en-Provence, this 100-square-meter three-bedroom apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. It features a 12-square-meter terrace with a barbecue and consists of:
- a bright living room with a fireplace and a sitting area,
- two bedrooms with double beds (180×200 and 160×200),
- a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), two separate toilets, and a toilet in the bathroom,
- a 12 m² terrace with a view of the rooftops and a barbecue,
- a private steam room,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
- TV, satellite/cable, stereo system, and Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning,
- games for all ages, books.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
