The space

Ideally located in Asnières-sur-Seine, just a stone’s throw from Paris and La Défense, this 82-square-meter three-bedroom apartment is perfect for a stay with family or friends. It features a spacious 55-square-meter outdoor area with a terrace, garden, and sun deck, and consists of:

• a bright living room with sofa bed and lounge,
• 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds (140 x 200, 160 x 200, 160 x 200) and
• 1 sofa bed,
• a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower), a toilet in the bathroom and an independent WC,
• a terrace and a 55 m2 garden with barbecue and solarium,
• vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, satellite/cable, DVD player, game console and Wi-Fi,
• work desk and fitness equipment,
• mosquito nets,
• games for all ages, children’s games, toys, books and children’s books,
• high chair and baby bed available,
• elevator, radiators, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, coat hangers.
• Parking is free on the street at weekends. During the week, parking is limited to 1.5 hours with a blue disc.
