The space

Located on the third floor of a quiet residence, this comfortable 55-square-meter apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a pleasant living environment with two balconies and a magnificent unobstructed view of the valley.

The apartment consists of:

• two balconies with panoramic views of the valley,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bedroom with two single beds,
• a bathroom with a walk-in shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer,
• crib,
• TV, cable/satellite, DVD player, Wi-Fi, books,
• storage room available,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers,
• a raclette and fondue set as well as an espresso machine are at your disposal.

A storage room is available for you to store your personal belongings. You will find two deck chairs and a travel crib there.

You will also enjoy a large shared outdoor area with the entire residence, furnished with benches and offering a beautiful view of Rochebrune. Shared parking is also available.

The accommodation enjoys a quiet location outside the city center, ideal for recharging your batteries while remaining close to mountain activities.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

Located on Route du Bouchet, this apartment enjoys a quiet, natural setting, ideal for fully experiencing the authentic atmosphere of Megève. The Route du Bouchet bus stop is right at the residence’s doorstep, making it easy to get to the town center and the slopes. The Rochebrune ski area is less than a 5-minute drive away or just a few minutes by bus. Nearby, don’t miss the culinary experience at the famous Flocons de Sel restaurant, located on the same street as the apartment.
