Located on the sixth floor without an elevator, this cozy and bright apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Its prime location allows you to explore Paris on foot, right in the heart of one of the capital’s most iconic neighborhoods.

This apartment features:

• a comfortable living room with a sofa bed and dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator),
• a mezzanine with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer,
• Wi-Fi, fan, central heating,
• bike parking.

The apartment offers an exceptional view of the Paris rooftops and the Eiffel Tower.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

From the apartment, you can walk to many must-see attractions such as Notre-Dame, the banks of the Seine, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and the Louvre. An ideal location for exploring Paris without taking the metro.
