Located on the second floor (no elevator), this bright 60-square-meter apartment with a 13-square-meter balcony can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. You’ll enjoy a pleasant setting with a view of the street and a glimpse of the harbor.

The apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room with a dining area,
• a furnished 13 m² balcony,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator),
• two bedrooms with 160 cm double beds,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer,
• TV, fiber-optic Wi-Fi,
• ceiling fans, radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The accommodation also has a private parking in the basement.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
