Enjoy this charming 73-square-meter two-bedroom home with a spacious 680-square-meter outdoor area, accommodating up to 6 guests. Located in a quiet setting, it offers all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay on the Île d’Oléron.

This house features:

• a comfortable living room,
• a cozy dining area,
• a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator),
• a first bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed,
• a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed,
• a loft with two single beds,
• a bathroom with a shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• high chair,
• TV, games, and books for children,
• radiators, air conditioning, smoke detector, hangers.

Outside, you can enjoy a furnished terrace, a large 680 m² garden, and a barbecue for sharing good times outdoors.

The property also features a private parking area accessible via a gate and offers a pleasant view of the garden.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

Just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, you can also enjoy the many nearby restaurants and shops, including the Bodega Lous Gouyats restaurant.
