The space

Enjoy this spacious, air-conditioned 260-square-meter villa, which can accommodate up to 13 guests. Featuring a large 400-square-meter outdoor area, a private pool, and numerous recreational amenities, it is the perfect place to gather and enjoy each other’s company.

This villa features:

• a large, comfortable living room,
• a cozy dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bedrooms with a 160 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
• two bedrooms with a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom,
• a family bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and three 90 cm single beds,
• five bathrooms in total, one with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, and four with a shower and toilet,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• high chair and crib,
• TV, satellite/cable, Wi-Fi,
• air conditioning, central heating, smoke detector, hangers,
• children’s games.

Outside, you’ll enjoy:

• a large furnished terrace,

• a pétanque court,
• a barbecue and a plancha,
• free private parking.

The villa offers a pleasant view of the surrounding hills and a particularly peaceful setting.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
