Completely renovated, this 31-square-meter one-bedroom apartment on the second floor (with elevator access) offers a comfortable and pleasant setting within the Pierre & Vacances village of Moliets-et-Maa.

Enjoy its 9-square-meter southeast-facing balcony-terrace, furnished with a table, chairs, lounge chairs, and a parasol, offering a breathtaking view of the pool and the golf course.

The apartment consists of:

• a cozy living room,
• a dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with two double bunk beds (140 x 190 cm),
• a bathroom with a shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, hair dryer,
• TV, Wi-Fi,
• fan,
• radiators, smoke detector,
• shared heated pool accessible from June 1 to September 30,
• wading pool with secure access via code,
• ping-pong table.

The accommodation also features a shared parking area with two charging stations for electric vehicles.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e

Right near the accommodation, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, local markets, and summer events. Guests can also enjoy, for an additional fee, the facilities and services of the Pierre & Vacances village: soccer fields, tennis courts, beach volleyball, a multi-purpose sports area, entertainment, and a kids’ club.
