The space

Located on the first floor (no elevator), this 16.5 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 people in a convenient, central setting—ideal for exploring Biarritz on foot.

Featuring a 3 m² balcony overlooking the street, the apartment consists of:

• a living area with a comfortable sofa bed,
• a cozy dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator),
• a bathroom with shower and toilet,
• hairdryer, iron,
• TV, satellite or cable channels, Wi-Fi,
• books available,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The apartment enjoys a prime location, just a 5-minute walk from the Grande Plage and downtown Biarritz.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

Just a 5-minute walk from the Grande Plage and downtown, you’ll have easy access to the many shops, cafés, restaurants, and boutiques that give this seaside resort its charm. You’ll also be staying near the Saint-Charles neighborhood, known for its friendly atmosphere and local shops. A bakery and the media library are just a few steps from the apartment, making your stay particularly convenient.
