Featuring a furnished 5.24 m² balcony offering a beautiful view of the valley, the apartment consists of:

• a comfortable living room,
• a friendly dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a room with a queen size bed (160 x 200 cm),
• a room with two single beds and a trundle bed,
• a bathroom with shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron,
• TV, satellite/cable, Wifi,
• games for all ages and games for children,
• private garage and ski locker,
• radiators, smoke detector, hangers.

The property also has a private parking space.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

Other things to note

Please note the following additional fees:

• Check-in between 9 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

→ A security deposit will be required before check-in. This deposit is secured and managed via Swikly.

In both summer and winter, Megève charms visitors with its authenticity, alpine landscapes, and numerous outdoor activities. From the apartment, enjoy a magnificent unobstructed view of the surrounding valley.

Geneva Airport → approximately 1 hour 15 min by car.
Annecy Mont-Blanc Airport → approximately 1 hour by car.
