• one bedroom with a king-size bed (180 cm),
• three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 cm),
• two bathrooms with showers, one with a toilet,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron,
• high chair, cot, baby bath,
• TV, satellite/cable channels, games console, Wi-Fi,
• games for all ages, children's games,
• a private garden,
• a private heated swimming pool open from April to the end of October,
• a ping-pong table,

Private parking is available directly on the property.

You will enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden and swimming pool, while the other side of the house overlooks a quiet cul-de-sac. The house boasts an excellent energy performance rating (Class B).

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 am: 44e
