The space

Located on the 4th floor with elevator access in a modern building, this bright and functional apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Its large balcony is a real asset for enjoying sunny days.

This accommodation comprises:

• a comfortable and bright living room opening onto the balcony, furnished with a table and chairs.
• a dining area,
• a well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm),
• a bedroom with two single beds,
• a bathroom with shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron,
• fan, television (no TV channel is available).

The accommodation also includes a private parking space in the basement (maximum height allowed: 1.95 m).

From the accommodation, you can enjoy a view of the street.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 am: 44e
