The space

Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this 27 m² apartment offers a pleasant and functional setting for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends.

You will particularly appreciate its spacious 35 m² private terrace and garden, furnished with garden furniture, a dining area, and a barbecue. Shaded, this outdoor space is perfect for enjoying sunny days in a peaceful setting with views of the gardens.

The accommodation comprises:

• a comfortable living room with a small dining area,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a bunk bed consisting of a queen-size bed (160x200) on the lower bunk and a single bed on the upper bunk,
• a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer,
• TV,
• air conditioning, smoke detector,
• elevator.

Free private parking is also available within the residence.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 pm.
