Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

The neighborhood

Located in the sought-after Lônes district of Six-Fours-les-Plages, this villa enjoys a prime location just 400 meters from Bonnegrâce Beach and 800 meters from the charming port of Sanary-sur-Mer. You can enjoy beautiful seaside walks, Provençal markets, and a variety of water sports. For your meals, treat yourself to some of the seaside restaurants such as La Voile on Bonnegrâce beach, Ô Petit Monde in Sanary, or La Lagune in Le Brusc. Water sports enthusiasts can also rent paddleboards at La Cahute in Le Brusc to explore the coastline from a different perspective.

Ollioules-Sanary-sur-Mer train station: approximately 10 minutes by car.

By plane:

Toulon-Hyères Airport → approximately 40 minutes by car.
