The accommodation does not have private parking, but parking is readily available on the surrounding streets.

Its prime location, close to the ocean and the famous surf spots of Capbreton, makes it an ideal base for exploring the region.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

The neighborhood

Located halfway between the beaches and the town center of Capbreton, the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the seaside resort on foot or by bicycle. Bike paths provide easy access to the beaches of Capbreton and Hossegor, as well as the many shops and restaurants in the area.

Nearby, you'll find a bakery, mini-markets, and many great local spots such as Chez Dodue, Terra Mar, Le Robinet Café, and Savonnerie des Pyrénées. Surf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to the famous surf spots of Capbreton, Ted Surf School, and Santocha Surf Club. The Capbreton skatepark, the town center, the beaches of Hossegor, the Leclerc shopping center, and the Pédebert shopping area are also just a few minutes away.
