Moradia Padre Laurindo – Funchal Bay Views

Moradia Padre Laurindo is a 4-bedroom house in Funchal, near Barreirinha. With rustic, warm and minimalist décor and room for up to 8 guests, it is ideal for families or groups looking for space and comfort close to the city centre.
The ground floor is home to the living room, dining room, kitchen equipped with an induction hob, oven and dishwasher, and a reading room. This floor also has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom next to the living room.
Upstairs are the master suite, with a private bathroom and walk-in closet, and an office. Both open onto a balcony overlooking Funchal Bay.
Outside, the porch with barbecue and table is perfect for meals in the open air, and the garden surrounds the entire house. There is also an outdoor shower and sun loungers. The house has air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and private parking within the property.

AREA
Located in Funchal, near Barreirinha, the house is just a few minutes from the city centre and the sea. Nearby you will find the Barreirinha bathing complex and the Old Town (Zona Velha), with its charming streets, painted doors and restaurants, and from here it is easy to reach the Mercado dos Lavradores and the seafront promenade. At the end of the day, you can return home and enjoy the view over the bay from the balcony.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
