The accommodation does not have private parking.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

The neighborhood

Located in the vibrant 11th arrondissement of Paris, near Place de la Nation, this apartment boasts an ideal location for exploring the capital. The neighborhood is lively and bustling, with numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, and outdoor terraces within easy walking distance. Thanks to its proximity to several metro lines and the RER A, you can quickly reach Paris's main museums, monuments, and iconic neighborhoods.

Boulangerie d'Avron: best address for traditional and classic baguettes. Bread is regularly taken out of the oven throughout the day.
Boulangerie Idoia: excellent pastries and viennoiseries.
Pépite: about a 10-minute walk away. Probably one of the best places in the neighborhood for breakfast and pastries.

For your outings, don't miss the rooftop bar at Place de la Nation for brunch with a view, the charming cafés and terraces in the Avron district, and the many escape rooms located nearby.

Getting around

By public transport:

Avron (line 2) and Nation (lines 1, 2, 6, 9 and RER A)

This allows you to easily reach all the main tourist sites of Paris.

Gare de Lyon: 10 to 15 min (RER A or metro 1 to Nation).
Gare du Nord: 20 to 30 minutes (RER B then RER A/metro 1, or metro 2 direct to Avron).
Gare de l'Est: 20 to 30 min (metro 5 then metro 9 until Nation).
Gare Montparnasse: 25 to 30 min (metro 6 direct to Nation).
Gare Saint-Lazare: 25 to 35 minutes (metro 9 direct to Nation, or other connections via Avron or Gare de Lyon).

By plane:

Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG): about 50 to 60 minutes by public transport (RER B then RER A or metro 1 to Nation).
Paris-Orly airport (ORY): about 40 to 45 minutes by public transport (metro 14 then RER A or metro 1 to Nation).
