One of the undeniable assets of this apartment is its vast L-shaped balcony, facing South/South-West. Bathed in light, it offers an exceptional and unobstructed view of the legendary peaks of Bellevarde and Le Charvet.

The La Legettaz neighborhood is a high-end residential area, ideally located on the heights just south of the Val d'Isère town center.
