Villa Neves – Luxury, Pool and Sea Views

Villa Neves is a sophisticated 5-bedroom villa located in Funchal, designed to provide a comfortable and memorable stay for families or groups of up to 10 guests. With luxurious décor, spacious areas and an excellent range of amenities, this property combines elegance, comfort and leisure in an exclusive setting.

On the first floor, you will find the main social area of the villa, comprising a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with access to an outdoor patio, where you can enjoy al fresco meals using the portable barbecue. This floor also features a guest bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which have double beds of different sizes and en-suite bathrooms with showers, while the third bedroom is equipped with an extra-large bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony overlooking the sea.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and access to the outdoors, as well as an office equipped with two small single sofa beds and a private bathroom with shower. This floor also features a gym with outdoor access, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a games room with a pool table, a Turkish bath and a guest bathroom. The villa also has a garage and laundry room.

Outside, the heated pool invites you to relax throughout the year, complemented by an outdoor shower. Villa Neves therefore offers a premium accommodation experience, where comfort, privacy and entertainment come together in a privileged location in Funchal.

AREA
Located in Funchal, Villa Neves offers an ideal setting for those wishing to explore Madeira while enjoying the comfort and privacy of an exclusive property. It provides a peaceful and elegant environment, with sea views and easy access to the city's main attractions, services, restaurants and points of interest. After a day exploring the island, you can return to the heated pool, relax in the Turkish bath or enjoy a game of billiards in the games room, making the most of everything this property has to offer.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
