With a furnished terrace and an outdoor dining area, this apartment comprises:

• a bright living room with a dining area opening onto the terrace,
• a well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• two bright bedrooms, each with a 140 cm double bed,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hairdryer, iron,
• TV, Wi-Fi.

The apartment is dual-aspect: the bedrooms overlook the courtyard/gardens, while the terrace faces the quiet, low-traffic street.

→ A wall is being repaired following previous water damage, which has now been resolved. This does not affect passenger safety.

The property does not have private parking.
