Bela de Santiago III – Light & Comfort in Funchal

Bela de Santiago III is a 2-bedroom house set over two floors in Funchal. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable space in a sunny area close to the city centre.

The ground floor is home to the living area, which includes a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room and a functional kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. This floor also has a bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. This floor also features two balconies, perfect for soaking up the sunshine. Outside, the house offers a pleasant sunny courtyard, ideal for breakfast in the open air, relaxing in the sun or sharing moments in good company. The laundry area, located outside, adds convenience for longer stays.

Bela de Santiago III combines comfort, natural light and a central location, making it an excellent base for discovering Funchal.

AREA
Bela de Santiago III enjoys a central location in Funchal, in a sunny area with easy access to everything the city has to offer. From the house, you can explore the historic centre on foot, including the Old Town (Zona Velha) with its charming streets and restaurants, the seafront promenade and the Mercado dos Lavradores, before returning to a cosy space where you can rest and enjoy the sun in the courtyard at the end of the day.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
