The neighborhood

Located on one of the historic and most characteristic shopping streets in Nice's Old Town, the apartment enjoys an ideal location between Place Saint-François and Place Garibaldi.

Just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop, you can easily get around Nice and reach the city's various districts.

The property is also close to many points of interest. Don't miss the MAMAC museum, restaurants serving local specialties, and Castle Hill (Colline du Château), located right at the edge of the neighborhood.

Place Rossetti is about a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is approximately an 8-minute walk away.
