Free street parking is available directly in front of the building. You will also find several convenient parking lots nearby, including the Mitre and Mourillon car parks.

Thanks to its sought-after seaside location, you are just a 5-minute walk from the Mitre, Mourillon, and Pipady beaches. The property is also close to the National Navy Museum, the Yacht Club, and the Monkey Riders bike rental shop.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

The neighborhood

The property is located in the Le Mourillon district of Toulon, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches. This pleasant residential area allows you to make the most of the seaside while remaining close to shops, restaurants, and amenities.

Nearby, you will find an "Utile" convenience store (about a 3-minute walk away), a bakery/pastry shop, a pharmacy right across the street, as well as LITO pizzeria and a pub on Rue du Docteur Cunéo. The Cours Lafayette market is also easily accessible.
