The property also includes a garage, 2 indoor parking spaces, and several outdoor parking spots. An electric vehicle charging point is also available.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e

Aubagne is an ideal destination for discovering Provence while enjoying an exceptional natural setting. The villa is located at the foot of the Garlaban massif, famous for its close ties to the world of Marcel Pagnol. Hiking trails and the "Pagnol hills" are right nearby.

Aubagne’s historic center—with its shops, restaurants, and Provençal market—is just minutes away.

To explore the surrounding area, Marseille is about 20 minutes away, while the Calanques and beaches of Cassis can be reached by car in around 20 minutes. Aix-en-Provence is approximately 30 minutes away, and the airport is about 40 minutes away.

Recommended local spots include La Table de Voltaire and Le Pavillon de la Source in Aubagne; Paco Pizza for excellent takeaway pizza; La Stasera and Le 36 in Gémenos; and Le Relais de la Magdelaine (featuring both a Michelin-starred restaurant and a brasserie). Guest Access

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Welkeys concierge who will hand over the keys.

You will have access to the entire villa, the tree-filled garden, the private heated pool, the terrace, the pétanque court, and all the amenities provided.
