• an en-suite bathroom (attached to one of the bedrooms) with a shower,
• a second bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub,
• 2 separate toilets,

• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, and iron,
• TV with satellite or cable, DVD player, stereo system, and a movie collection,

The property also includes a parking space located right below the building.

No noise disturbances are permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e

Guest Access

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Welkeys concierge who will hand over the keys.

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the 400 m² garden, the terrace, and the balcony. A parking space is also available right below the building.
