Featuring a balcony and a lovely unobstructed view, the apartment comprises:

• a bright living room opening onto the balcony,
• a dining area opening onto the balcony,
• a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a bright bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower,
• a bright bedroom with two single beds and an outside view,
• a bathroom with a bathtub,
• a separate toilet,

The property is located in a leafy residential complex on a very quiet street. There is no private parking available.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

• Check-in between midnight and 6 AM: 44e
