Featuring a furnished terrace and balcony with an outdoor dining area, the apartment comprises:

• a comfortable living room with a fireplace,
• a dining area opening onto the balcony,
• a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee maker, blender, kettle, stovetop, refrigerator),
• a bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed,
• a mezzanine sleeping area with two single beds,
• two bathrooms (equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet),
• a separate toilet,
• a TV with satellite/cable and a DVD player,
• private outdoor parking.

You will enjoy a particularly quiet setting—perfect for relaxing after a day in the mountains—while admiring the magnificent panoramic views of the Mont-Blanc massif and the Aravis range.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
