Supranee Ocean View – 3-Bed in Câmara de Lobos

Supranee Ocean View is a 3-bedroom apartment on a first floor in Câmara de Lobos, Madeira, just a few minutes from Funchal. Accommodating up to 6 guests, it is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and a convenient base for exploring the island.
The living room and kitchen are combined in an open-plan space. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, and the apartment has air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine and 171 Mbps Wi-Fi, suitable for remote work.
All three bedrooms have a king-size bed (180x200), and two of them open onto the balcony. The apartment has two bathrooms: a full bathroom with a shower and a guest bathroom.
Outside, the covered area with a dining table is perfect for lunch or dinner in the open air. Parking is available in the surrounding streets, as the apartment does not have its own space.

AREA

Câmara de Lobos is a fishing village on Madeira's south coast, known for its bay of colourful boats, its fresh fish restaurants and the traditional poncha. Nearby you will find Cabo Girão, one of the island's most impressive viewpoints, and Funchal city centre, just a few minutes away by car. There is also a supermarket within a short walk, handy for everyday shopping.

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
