Enjoy this spacious, character-filled house (150 m²), ideally located in a quiet residential area of ​​Avignon. With its period charm, generous living spaces, and a lovely landscaped garden (300 m²), it offers a comfortable and welcoming setting for up to 10 guests.

This charming house features:

• a bright and comfortable living room,
• a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
• a bedroom with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) and balcony access,
• three bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm),
• a bedroom with two single beds,
• a bathroom with a shower and toilet,
• a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet,
• a workspace/office,
• a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and hairdryer,
• TV and Wi-Fi,
• a fan, radiators, and clothes hangers,
• a high chair, baby cot, and children's toys,
• private parking: available only during the Avignon Festival. Outside of this period, street parking is available.

Outside, you can enjoy a landscaped 300 m² garden—perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco using the provided barbecue.

The house overlooks the garden and courtyard and is situated in a quiet residential area, yet remains close to the city center. Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

• Check-in between 9:00 PM and midnight: 25e
• Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e
