• A very bright living area,
• A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining space (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer),
• A bright mezzanine sleeping area, featuring a 140 cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet,
• A workspace/desk,
• A washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and iron,
• A high chair,
• A television and fiber-optic Wi-Fi,
• Reversible air conditioning,
• A smoke detector.

Please note that the property does not include private parking.

The property is located on Avenue Jean Médecin, a busy shopping thoroughfare in the center of Nice. Its central location provides immediate access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10:00 PM.

- Check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM: 44e

Just 30 seconds from the tram line and about a 15-minute walk from the sea and Old Nice (Vieux-Nice), it serves as an ideal base for exploring the city.

Nearby, you’ll find Place Masséna, Galeries Lafayette, and a wealth of shops, restaurants, cafés, and bakeries. You can also easily access the restaurants along the Promenade des Anglais, the charm of Old Nice and its local market, the beaches, the Castle of Nice (Colline du Château), and the Matisse Museum. For a delicious treat, be sure to visit the famous Maison Auer.

Nice-Ville train station can be reached by tram or on foot, depending on your route.

By plane:
Nice Côte d'Azur Airport can be reached by tram or by car.
