Villa Supranee – 7-Bed in Câmara de Lobos

Villa Supranee is a 7-bedroom building in the village of Câmara de Lobos, Madeira, just a few minutes from Funchal. With modern décor and a rustic touch and room for up to 14 guests, it is ideal for extended families or groups of friends who want to stay together without giving up their privacy.
The villa is made up of three independent apartments, one on each floor, accessed by side stairs. The apartments can be connected via the internal stairs, making it easy to move between floors.
The first floor is home to a 3-bedroom apartment with three king-size bedrooms, two of them with balcony access, an open-plan living room and kitchen, a full bathroom, a guest bathroom and a covered outdoor area with a dining table. The two 2-bedroom apartments each have two king-size bedrooms and a bathroom with shower: one has a large balcony off the living room and the other a terrace with an outdoor shower and sun loungers.
All apartments have an equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a TV, a washing machine and Wi-Fi. Parking is available in the surrounding streets.

AREA

Located in the village of Câmara de Lobos, on Madeira's south coast, Villa Supranee lets you explore on foot the bay with its colourful boats, the fresh fish restaurants and the bars serving the traditional poncha. Nearby you will find Cabo Girão, one of the island's most impressive viewpoints, and Funchal city centre, just a few minutes away by car. There is also a supermarket within a short walk, handy for everyday shopping.

PROPERTY RULES

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES

All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
