• A fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer),
• Three bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed,
• One bedroom with two single beds,
• Two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet,
• A separate toilet,
• Vacuum cleaner, washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, and iron,
• TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a selection of books (including children’s books),
• Fireplace, central heating, smoke detector, and clothes hangers,
• One bicycle available for your use.

The property also includes a private garage and three private outdoor parking spaces.

Please note that noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
