• A bright, comfortable living area with a dining space.
• A well-equipped open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, and refrigerator).
• Two bedrooms, each furnished with a 140 cm double bed.
• A bathroom with a shower.
• A separate toilet.
• Amenities including a vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, and iron.
• Entertainment such as a TV, games for all ages, and books.
• Ceiling fans, radiators, a smoke detector, and clothes hangers.

The property also includes a private parking space.

Please note that noise must be kept to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
