Situated on the 2nd floor of a small, quiet and secure residence (no elevator), this bright and beautiful apartment consists of a living space of 40 sq. m. Modernly decorated with glass walls and charming bricks, this renovated one-bedroom includes:
- an elegant living room,
- a bright and charming bedroom of 15 sq. m with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hotplates),
- a bathroom with bathtub-shower,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, high chair,
- fan,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

To protect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, a Roomonitor box has been installed in the flat to report unusual noise levels from 10pm and cigarette smoke. This simply detects variations in sound, while respecting your privacy.

In addition to stores, public transport and restaurants just a stone’s throw away—give a chance to the restaurant Chez Marcel at 3 min—you will be a 20-min walk away from the Château de Vincennes and 10 min from the Palais de la Porte Dorée and the Bois de Vincennes, where you will find the zoo of Vincennes, the Paris-Vincennes racecourse and the restaurant Chalet des Îles Daumesnil, nestled in the heart of the Bois de Vincennes and the Daumesnil lake. Lastly, you will be only 10 min away from metro line 1, the central line that will take you through the center of Paris to enjoy all its emblematic places and monuments.
